  • The entry process

    1. Carefully read the criteria relating to each Division, and make your choice
    2. Complete the online entry form - it's 2013, so we'll only be accepting online forms this year! You can change your team name and all other information at any stage over the next 6 months, so no need to worry if you're undecided on any of those details
    3. You'll then receive an email confirmation with bank account details - please make payment to that account, and use your TEAM NAME as reference
    4. Your team entry will be secured and confirmed upon receipt of full payment - unfortunately we won't be able to offer the option of paying a deposit up front and the balance in "due course" this year - from experience "due course" tends to become "last minute" or worse!
    5. Payment deadlines - there are only 16 available spots available in each of the 7 Divisions -
      • These will be strictly allocated on a first paid, first in basis; so beg, borrow, and hassle your sponsors to pay promptly - do whatever it takes, there's always a way!
      • AS A THANK YOU TO TEAMS THAT HAVE PLAYED IN THE 2013 CAPE TOWN TENS, YOUR ENTRY IS GUARANTEED SUBJECT TO PAYMENT BEING RECEIVED BY 30 APRIL 2013
    6. Start planning your jersey design. Remember anything goes. Full details on this process will be provided in due course
  • Entry Fee
R7,500 - for a squad of 20 (including players and management) - includes meal tickets, physio and massage services, full medical support and facilities, all the water and sports drink you need, WP appointed referees, entry to the festival, exclusive players' area for each Division, team beer specials, one helluva jol…
  • 2014 Division Criteria

Please take a careful look at the below and enter the division you honestly feels best suits your team. The Cape Town Tens committee does reserve the right to not confirm your entry in any particular division should it be felt your team would be too strong (or too weak) for your chosen division. The process will never be perfect, but with your help we can make it better and fairer than ever.
