The 2010 Cape Town Tens will be increased in size to 48 teams - playing in four divisions, namely:

Open Premier - 16 teams – Professional and other top club and touring sides

Open Beer – 16 teams – Touring, social, and other likeminded sides

Veterans and Legends – 8 teams – 35yrs and over

Services - 8 teams - Police, army, navy, fire fighters etc

OPEN PREMIER TEAMS:
16 teams - teams that played in 2009 will have first option to enter for 2010, and we are expecting a number of top overseas professional clubs and top touring sides to join the ranks of the Premier division next year!

OPEN BEER TEAMS:
16 teams - teams that played in 2009 will have first option to enter for 2010, and we are expecting a number of overseas beer-minded teams to join the ranks of the Beer division next year after some arduous recruitment work by the CT Tens team in Asia during Feb and March!

VETERANS TEAMS:
8 teams - teams that played in 2009 will have first option to enter for 2010, and we are expecting a number of overseas legend and vets teams to join the ranks of the Veterans division next year - again, some arduous recruitment work by the CT Tens team in Asia during Feb and March looks like it will be paying dividends with a number of teams from the region on top of the waiting list.

SERVICES TEAMS:
8 teams - a new addition the Cape Town Tens will see 8 teams from various local and overseas military, police and other services participating.
